Refund policy

All returned items must be in their original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund or replacement. If the item you purchased was damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

How to return your item

1. Please mail your returned item to: Byers Choice Ltd. 4355 County Line Rd Chalfont, PA 18914. Be sure and package your item in the same packaging it arrived in our similar.
2. Include in the return package a note explaining the reason for the return along with the packing receipt that contains your order number. You can find the order number in your account order history or on the packing slip included with your shipment.
3. If you are requesting a refund, your original payment method will be refunded within 5-7 business days of the receipt of the return. The returned item must be in its original condition. Shipping costs will be refunded only in the case where Byers’ Choice made an error. 
   

Returning Damaged item(s)

We will include a return label with the replacement item that will be used to return the damaged item to the Byers’ Choice Ltd. If a replacement is not available a refund will be arranged.

Restocking & Processing Fees

There are no additional fees associated with restocking goods that are returned within the 30 day return period. Returns made beyond 30 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
