A first draft will be created, photo and video will be provided for your review. Approx. 2 weeks
Sample Revision & Approval
Two rounds of revisions to the Sample are included (only if necessary) before final approval is requested. Each revision adds approx 1 week
Production Begins
Once the order, final design approval, and all materials are received, lead time is approximately 3 weeks

Custom pieces completed, packaged and delivered. All pieces must ship within 12 months of first delivery

Our MOQ is 100 pieces. We can sometimes do fewer units but the price is higher.
The process typically takes 7 - 8 weeks depending on the time of year. Requests initiated in Q1 will have more flexibility and shorter turn-round.

Yes! Photos are often the best starting point when designing a custom Caroler. They help us capture key details such as facial features, clothing style, and accessories. Whether it's a historic figure, occupation or general stock photo, this allows us to develop a design that’s both accurate and full of character.
Yes. Logos, uniforms, and other brand elements can be incorporated into the design. Please send artwork or high-resolution files with your request.
A design & prototype fee ($500+) due upon production of an approved sample. A 50% deposit is required with a purchase order to begin production, and the remaining balance is billed per unit upon shipment.
Yes. A branded hang tag is available for an additional $0.50 per figure. Custom packaging options may be discussed upon request.
Pricing is primarily based on the volume of the order, with tiered per-unit rates. To begin production, a 50% deposit is required and later applied to your initial shipment. The remaining units are billed per piece as they are shipped. All figures must be shipped within 12 months of the first delivery.
Yes. Once your design has been developed and approved, re-orders can be placed with a shorter lead time. A minimum re-order MOQ of 50 pieces still applies.
