While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, we do sell festive gift bags and boxes. You can also include a personalized gift message at checkout to make your order extra special.

Yes, but you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

We do not create individual one-off custom Carolers. However, we do offer custom-designed pieces for qualified high volume orders for retailers or organizations. Learn more about by visiting Custom Designs.

Carolers

The sizes of our Caroler have remained the same year after year.

  • Adult size range 12-13" tall.
  • Child size range 9-10" tall.
  • Our Toddlers are 5 1/2-6" tall.

We do not fix any Carolers that are damaged by water, animals or insects.

Please use a tracking number when sending to our facility.  Once we receive your Caroler, we will contact you when it is repaired and will send the repaired item.

We only have excess accessories for currently available carolers. Please check available Caroler Props on our website to see what other replacements are available for purchase.

Yes, within 30 days of initial purchase. To facilitate an exchange, please return the Caroler to our factory and include your name and order number inside the package. Once received and processed, we’ll issue a credit to your original payment method. You may then place a new order for the Caroler of your choice.

Retired Caroler designs are shown on our web-site on the “Old Friends Look Up” section. You can search designs by the year shown on the bottom of each base. By clicking on the individual line, you can view a picture, which may be helpful for identification.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition. If the item arrived damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we’ll replace it or offer a refund upon return of the product.

Include your packing slip and a note explaining the reason for return. Use the original packaging when possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are only refunded if we made an error.

We’ll send a replacement along with a prepaid return label. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll arrange a refund.

Shipping

Most orders placed Monday–Friday before midnight (EST) ship within 1–2 business days, often within 24 hours. You’ll be contacted if there’s a delay or a backordered item.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders sent to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are shipped through USPS.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes! You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number after purchase. Please use the same contact info at checkout so we can keep you updated.

Currently we only ship domestically. Check back in the future for updated availability.

Inventory updates daily, but occasionally items sell out quickly. If something becomes unavailable, please sign up for back in stock notices and you will be send an email when it is back in stock.

Yes, please allow up to 24–48 hours after your purchase for points to appear in your account.

No—our rewards program officially launched in August 2025, so only purchases made after launch will accrue points.

Log into your account, visit the Rewards page, and select the reward you’d like to redeem. The item will automatically be added to your cart ready for checkout.

Points are tied to a single account and email address. Multiple accounts cannot be combined to share points.

You can earn points for purchases made at our Byers Choice Gift Shop by providing your rewards account email at checkout. However, points cannot be redeemed for rewards in-store. Points also cannot be earned or redeemed through other retail partners.

Yes—points earned from returned items will be deducted from your balance once the return is processed.

Yes. Points remain active for 12 months after your last purchase or point-earning activity. Inactivity for over 12 months will result in point expiration. We will send you reminders before your points expire.

There are many fun and easy ways to earn points through the Byers’ Rewards program! You’ll earn 100 points just for creating an account, and 5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Celebrate your birthday with us and receive 150 bonus points, and leaving a product review will earn you 50 to 75 points. You can also earn 50 points each for following us on Instagram, sharing Byers’ Choice, or sharing on Facebook, plus 100 points for joining our email list. Referring a friend who places their first order will earn you 500 points as a thank-you!

As you continue to shop and earn, you’ll also unlock bonus point milestones: 200 points when you reach Holiday Gold, and 500 points when you achieve Holiday Platinum. Every interaction helps you get closer to exciting rewards!
