Allow 2–3 business days for our team to review your concept and make clarifications

Draft Artwork
Conceptual dialogue to establish next steps for artwork generation and design responsibilities. If BC is providing, allow 4-6 weeks for first draft
Step 4
Artwork Development & Approval
Review first draft and make adjustments. Artwork is colorized onto a final prototype and approved via photo & video. If BC is providing artwork, allow additional 4-6 weeks.
Step 5
Production Begins
Once the final sample approval, packaging artwork and purchase order are received, lead time is a minimum of 4 months
Step 6
Your Calendar Ships
Custom Calendars are packaged and delivered. All calendars must ship with 12 months of the first delivery

Custom Advent Calendars FAQ
Begin by filling out our Custom Advent Calendar Request Form, including a concept description, reference photos, and branding elements. Once submitted, our team will review your idea and follow up within 2–3 business days with any questions or next steps.
MOQ is 500 calendars. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, but at least 50% of the total quantity must ship in the first delivery, and all calendars must ship within 12 months of the initial shipment.
A $1,500 prototype fee is required to begin the project. This covers concept development, artwork creation, and sample production. If you plan to provide final, production-ready artwork internally, this fee may be waived or adjusted.
A 50% deposit is required to begin production and applies to the first shipment. Remaining units are billed per calendar as they ship. All orders must be fully delivered within 12 months of the initial shipment.
From design inception to approval to delivery, the process typically takes 5-6 months, depending on project complexity. This includes time for concept review, artwork development, sample approval, and final production. We recommend planning well in advance of your desired ship date.
Yes! If you have an internal design team, you're welcome to submit final, production-ready artwork. Doing so may reduce lead time and allow us to waive or adjust the prototype fee.
Absolutely. We can incorporate your logo, colors, fonts, and other brand-specific details into the calendar design. Just be sure to include those files or specifications when submitting your request form.
Yes! Once your design has been developed and approved, reorders can be produced with a shorter lead time. Minimum reorder quantities still apply, but the setup process is significantly faster.
